Returns

We offer 30-day returns from the date your order is delivered.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• In original condition
• with tags and packaging (where applicable)

How to start a return

Email us at ritualandglow@gmail.com with:

• your order number
• the item(s) you’d like to return
• the reason for return (optional)

We’ll reply with the next steps.

Return shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Faulty or incorrect items

If you received the wrong item or something arrived damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll make it right.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you. Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method. Please allow a few business days for your bank to finalise the refund.
